The development will feature a state-of-the-art , high-speed , chairlift system , the first in Northwest Arkansas , and will feature more than 20 miles of gravity trails and 225 feet of vertical elevation .

The chairlift system will provide year-round lift access for riders of all skill levels .
The trails will integrate with the natural landscape , offering experiences for cyclists , hikers and outdoor enthusiasts of all skill levels .
The park will be located for easy access along Highway 71 in Bella Vista . It will be one of two lift-serviced bike parks in the Natural State . The other is also being built this spring in Mena . The bike park will include :
• OZ Trails HQ with full-service dining facilities
• Comprehensive bike shop and rental center
• Community plaza and gathering spaces
• Purpose-built pump track
• Dedicated hiking trail

At the heart of the park , the OZ Trails HQ will establish a new social hub for both active participants and casual visitors . Beyond cycling , the park will feature an integrated hiking trail and art walk , creating moments of discovery throughout the property .
The OZ Trails bike park is not part of the approximately 2,700 acres of undeveloped land that Blue Crane , the real estate arm of Runway Group , purchased in May 2024 from Cooper Communities .
