Jordan Conley and Kyle Reidy co-founded No Bad Juju with a mission of bringing unique ideas and concepts to Northwest Arkansas . The first “ concept ” to come to fruition is a soul food restaurant in downtown Rogers called Marsouls Comfort Food & Lounge .
Reidy and Conley share ownership and management of the restaurant and their company , each using their unique strengths . Conley is the CEO of No Bad Juju , Reidy the creative director and co-owner of the restaurant .
Brainstorming for No Bad Juju began in 2020 , during the pandemic , when Conley relocated back to Arkansas from California , where he was managing the social media and marketing for brother Mike Conley Jr .’ s
